To enhance their studies of geography and the inhabitants of New York City, Class II journeyed to the New York Botanical Gardens in early October. During the trip, students participated in a forest walk to learn about the ecosystem of the Lënapehòkink, a focus of the Class II social studies unit on the history of New York.
